Kacey Alexander Gaulden is an actress, writer, and singer that have won awards from numerous film festivals and other venues. She is best known as the mother of Alex, a former member of the Air Force.
Alexander was born in Michigan to an Army officer who went on to become a United States Representative, and later President of the United States. She was raised in Michigan by her military father, and later, by his family. Alexander was brought up a very patriotic woman, and became interested in public service at a very young age.
After her father died, Alexander's interests turned toward the performing arts. She studied acting for two years in New York, before she decided to pursue a career in the theater. Theatre, as it turns out, is where Alexander landed her first starring role: she was cast in the television series “Tears of the Sun.” Her experience in the entertainment industry was positive, as her experience with the show made her realize that there could be a great way to help support her family, and that her talents could be exploited to make a living doing something she truly loved.
Alexander's acting career was short-lived, however, as she suffered from the effects of thyroid disorders. For this reason, it was not a good fit for her, nor for the family she had been raised in, as the diagnosis required a lot of assistance from Alexander's mother.
Instead of choosing a traditional acting career, Alexander instead pursued writing and music, writing musicals and songs that were inspired by her experiences growing up in the military. This new hobby of hers eventually led to her first album, titled “All the Rage,” which featured a variety of music that Alexander had composed herself, as well as some recordings that her husband, Jeff Davis, made.
After a few years of struggling to break into the music industry, Alexander did manage to secure a recording contract with a local independent label, and released her second album, “All the Rage” on this label. Unfortunately, this record failed to catch on as well.
Eventually, Alexander found work in the music industry through an agent, who encouraged Alexander to try her hand at playing the role of a character named Alia in a video game, “Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic.” Although this game was not well received by critics, Alexander managed to get a few scenes on the video game. She played the role of a Mandalorian female who is on the side of the evil Galactic Republic.
Alexander made several videos from the game, and she has even written a book about her experiences, “The Making of a Mandalorian Woman.” The book chronicles her journey from being a newscaster, to soldier, to mother, to actor, and now, to actress.
This kind of story is incredibly inspiring, and it's a great example of what could be accomplished if one believes that all of their talents can be used to make a difference in someone else's life. It also gives a unique perspective on Alexander's own personal journey, which she has provided through her musical performances.
In addition to performing, Alexander has also made a few music videos, and is in the midst of writing a book about her experiences, which will be released on her website. Her writing ability has been highlighted numerous times throughout her career, and her talent has always been admired by those she has worked with.
Alexander will never forget the first time she sang, and she has included it on many of her albums and videos. “I Can't Go For It,” a song written especially for her daughter, is one example of this. As a matter of fact, it has been covered by other artists, including the Roots.
In short, Alexander has been in the entertainment industry for a long time, and she has made a mark on it as an artist, writer, and performer. She also loves her children and her home.
