If you're a fan of the Halo series, then you may know the game Master Chief: Halo Infinite. If not, you may be asking yourself why I'm writing this review about the game. After all, I have nothing to lose, right?
If you're looking for a great game for the Xbox system, I highly recommend the Master Chief: Halo Infinite. For those of you who are unfamiliar with Master Chief, he is the leader of the Blue Team. He is also the first human to explore the mysterious Halo universe, so you'll find a lot of familiar elements in this game, but the story and setting are completely original. While it doesn't take a lot of time, I did find the story a little slow, but overall, it was a good game. It kept me entertained until the end.
The game is broken down into three chapters. In each chapter, you will play the role of Master Chief as you go through the game. Each chapter contains three levels that you will have to complete. The first two levels take place on Installation Gamma and Reach respectively, the third level is on the UNSC Pillar of Autumn and the Halo Infinite theme. If you've been playing other Halo games, you will feel right at home playing the new level.
The main objective in each level is to prevent a Covenant fleet from destroying the last Halo artifact. You'll have to go through four levels of different environments as you complete the mission. If you die during these levels, you'll get re-spawned back at the beginning. However, you can also re-spawn in between levels by using your armor, so you can take on new challenges. There's also a map editor to help with making your maps.
The level of difficulty depends on how much you want to succeed, as well as the number of players in the match. If you play alone, you'll be able to do more advanced tasks than if there are others. The main reason for this is because you can create your own objectives and make them as difficult or as easy as you want. Each player has their own special weapons that can be used to help out during the battle.
Overall, this game is very addictive and fun to play. I highly recommend picking . . . . . . up the game and playing it for yourself.
