Wallpapers of Kobe Bryant and Gigi date back to the early 1990's. Kobe wore a shirt with the name of one of Gigi's favorite musicians on it, and he had a big slogan painted on the front. Gigi was his cousin. The two were quite close as kids, and Kobe knew that he wanted one of Gigi's shirts when he got old. He even made it official by getting Gigi the signed shirt when he was drafted by the Lakers in the late 1980's.
Gigi and Kobe are so close that even when both are much older now, they still hang out together like they used to. They go out to dinner, they share houses, and they even sometimes live together as a couple. Most people will only remember them for the professional wrestling matches they had together, but Gigi and Kobe did actually have some pretty good friends and family. These wallpapers of Kobe and Gigi should give you an idea of what their life was like back then.
Two high school sweethearts, both knew right from the beginning that they were meant to be. They knew that their relationship was truly special because of the way that they felt about one another. Their first date was supposed to be just a friendly outing, but that didn't turn out quite like it should have. They went out that night and things took a much more serious turn for the two of them. They were both deeply in love with one another, and their romance carried on for years.
During their time as a professional wrestler, they became rivals at times. They couldn't stand one another during practice or even in the ring. That's why they went out to the ring on numerous occasions, and most of the fights that they had been heated between them. It became a well-known fact that Gigi had a crush on Kobe.
Kobe and Gigi had gotten to be good friends over the years that they spent wrestling together. It wasn't unusual for them to spend hours talking, telling stories, and loving each other. They would often go out to dinner or to the movies, and that was often followed by a few days at a local hotel. In between days inside of that luxurious hotel room, they would work out for a couple of hours, throw their own parties, and generally spend a lot of quality time together. Those parties were the nights when Kobe and Gigi really spoke about the things that they had going on in their lives, as well as the things that they wanted to accomplish in their careers.
There were plenty of great times that they got together, as friends. There were also times that they did not get along. There were arguments, fights, and everything else that two people could come up with when they are in the same room, facing each other. As much as everyone in the world wishes that those problems never existed, they do. Two times, however, those two happened to the two biggest stars at the time, and they changed both of their careers.
Two days before the infamous “shootout” between Kobe and Gigi, the two superstars had a fight in a gymnasium. It was the night before a game that the Lakers were supposed to win, a very crucial game to the NBA title chances. Kobe and Gigi exchanged words in the locker room, and the entire planet watched in amazement as this war of words escalated. After the altercation, Kobe and Gigi never spoke to each other, and it would be more than a month before they would meet again.
During the rest of the season, both superstars would receive criticism from the various media members that cover the Laker team and the NBA itself. Kobe and Gigi were criticized on numerous occasions, by the national media, the fans, the coaches, the sporting writers, and even the players themselves. Yet, both players stood their ground, and they both returned with flying colors, to lead their teams into battle again another day. There is no doubt that the two of them would go on to have some of the greatest rivalries and accomplishments in the annals of basketball history. That is because both of them displayed enough character to persevere, overcoming the constant attacks from the media that try to get under their skin. So, even if they are no longer together, you can still enjoy B-roll of Kobe Bryant and Gigioglobin, because you can always see them in the movies.
