Have you ever wanted to change your iPhone's wallpaper? If not, perhaps you are one of the many who have never had the pleasure of seeing the scenery such as that portrayed in a forest on an iPhone. Why not make it a point to do so yourself? This is actually quite easy and requires nothing more than a little bit of patience and effort. But in the end you will be rewarded with a wallpaper that is uniquely you, and truly beautiful and soothing to the eye.
Before beginning, however, it is important to note that if you are a new iPhone owner this process is not recommended. Why? Because of the potential for theiphone to receive minor damage while undergoing the process of restoring it. It also may damage your warranty, which could also void your cell's coverage and your ability to make a claim should something happen to your phone.
Now, on to the process itself! First, it is recommended that you download a free program from the internet to perform the restore. There are a variety of programs available that can be easily downloaded for free, or a small fee may be required. The fee-based programs will offer more flexibility in terms of restoring the wallpaper and may be more efficient.
Next, the device will need to be unplugged. A power cord will be needed, and this can be obtained by plugging the device into any wall outlet. Next, all connections for all accessories will need to be secured, and the restore is now ready to begin. The restore program will also offer instructions for the restore, which are also included in the program.
One thing to remember is that if you are restoring to a restore that is already on the phone, chances are it will not work at all. However, you may still be able to restore some features if you take a data CD and flash it to the internal memory. This approach may also allow you to reset the wallpaper. With the data CD inserted, the power cycle should be completed and the phone switched off. It is important to not restart the phone during the process.
Once the restore has completed, the screen should look as if it has been completely erased. If so, then the restore will have succeeded. If the forest wallpaper has changed since the last time the screen was turned on, it may require that the user re-select the tree wallpaper. Also, if you wish to change the background to one of your choice, the user will need to connect the CD containing the image, select it, and then select the restore option.
As with any other image, you can edit the image to alter its appearance. For example, you can make the background brighter or darker. You may also adjust the position of the grid lines, delete them, and/or replace them with different shapes. You will also see options for contrast, brightness, and tints. It is important that you choose the appropriate tools so that your changes are effective.
Because many people use computers that do not have adequate processing power, it may take several attempts to recover a forest wallpaper. If your computer cannot access the files that you have created, there is an alternate procedure in which you can create your own copy using software. In this case, you will need to download software that makes images you can use for restoring forest backgrounds. After installing the software, you can save the image in a location on your computer where it will be available for use. Using the software, you will be able to print the image if you want to.
