If you are a Sears Financial adviser, then you know how hard it can be to get a client back after they've cut their ties with their financial institution of choice. It can be extremely difficult to get a client to return to you after they cut their ties with their bank, credit card provider or mortgage lender. But, if you have a good Sears Login on your credit card, then you can make that much harder to pull in a client!
How does a Sears login work? When the user enters their user id (which can be either a random, unique or account ID), an error message appears. If the user is not logged on to their account yet, then that message will not appear. The next time the user logs in, the page will automatically close (without opening the viewer's browser window).
That's pretty much it, really. There are a couple of other things to keep in mind though. If you have a client that isn't already an account holder on your credit card login page, you will see a message that reads, “You are not an account holder. Click here to register for your free Sears Credit Card.”
If you are registering a new client, you will see two different messages. The first message states that your client needs to enter their user id and password to perform their credit card payment. The second message states that the user id has already been registered. Once they click “OK”, a discount for their order will be shown. They can then login again to complete the discount.
Another thing that is important to know is that when you perform your consumer credit card login with a new client, the old security number associated with their account will be linked to the new social security number. If you have allowed them to use their social security number in order to register, you must also allow them to perform their credit card payment using that same social security number. If you don't do either of these things, a hacker could break into their accounts and gain access to all of your clients financial information. This could include their name, address, phone number, employer, and even more sensitive information.
Now, if you had allowed your clients to reset their password when they forgot it, you never would've had to worry about this issue. You could simply instruct them to call you at the new number as soon as they remembered their new one… but wouldn't it be easier if you had actually implemented a way to track these changes? The solution is an online program known as “Sears Log”.
This software solution is actually a web-based application that monitors your company's existing security measures and performs a complete analysis of your website. It can identify IP addresses, try to trace the physical location of your server (from where your customers' computers are connected to your network), analyze any hacking attempts that it detects and quickly block websites that it deems malicious. By doing this, you'll be able to quickly address the issues that have arisen as well as ensure that none of your current clients are able to access their accounts. This program was developed by a highly respected and trusted firm called Kaspersky Lab. Their team of IT experts developed this software as a means to provide their clients with maximum protection against hackers.
If you're thinking about how to boost your security at the same time that you increase the overall quality of customer service for your company, try giving your employees access to a special mobile app that tracks and logs their every move. It works by redirecting them directly to a registration page on your site whenever they make a purchase or use their credit card. They will be provided with all of this information, including a detailed report detailing any attempts they may have made to defraud Kaspersky Lab, Citibank, or any other client of the company. By using this tracking tool, you will be providing your own customers with the information they need to keep your company's reputation as high as possible.
